Can I open the parcel before I pay?
Yes. Every order comes with our open parcel service: open it and check your item in front of the rider, before you pay. If it is not what you ordered, hand it straight back.
How long does delivery take?
We confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone, then deliver anywhere in Pakistan in 2–5 business days.
How much is delivery?
Rs 199 per order, and free when your order is Rs 2,999 or more.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, within one month of delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we exchange it for a new one or refund the full amount. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a short description of the problem to start.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Of course. Send us the product name or a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm your order right there.
